Defendants.
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered herein on October 12, 2011, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 92, moon lake, Unit Five, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 79 and 80, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, Atrium-1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 9th day of November, 2011.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
