NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011, in the above styled cause, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court for Collier County will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the First Floor Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Collier County, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on November 9, 2011, the following described property:
Unit No. 804, St. Maarten, a condominium, as recorded in Condominium Book 32, Page 46, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the prorated interest in the common elements and common property of the condominium and limited common elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of St. Maarten, a condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1420, Pages 2153 through 2222, inclusive and as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk no later the 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens, may claim the surplus.
