notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-001221 of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, NAPLES, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at he FIRST FLOOR ATRIUM at the COLLIER County Courthouse located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Annex Bldg Naples, FL 34112 in NAPLES, Florida, at 11:00 A.M. On the 7 day of November, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 106 OF TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY BUILDING NO. 11, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 835, PAGE 479, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
