NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 10, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10 03636CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2005-AQ1 TRUST, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AQ1is Plaintiff and DEBORAH FIELDS; ALBERT FIELDS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 9th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 105 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 75, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 68, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 90 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
