Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs, dated August 24, 2010, entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA003918 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County Florida, wherein U.S. NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON CSFB 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and WAYMON R. CRISWELL A/K/A WAYMON R. CRISWELL, JR; LINDA G. CRISWELL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANT WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS
SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE VINEYARDS COMMunity association, inc; john doe and jane doe as unknown tenants in possession, are the Defendants, I, the undersigned, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will, on the 7th day of November, 2011 , at 11:00 o'clock A.M., at the Collier County: Collier County Courthouse Annex, Atrium on First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 6, Villa Fontana, Unit One, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 16, Pages 71 and 72, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
