notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on October 3, 2011, pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No.: 112011CA0005140001, the undersigned Clerk will sell the real property (“Subject Property”) situated in said County, described as:
Week 11, Unit 705 of Sunset Cove Resort and Suites, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3698, Page 2185, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. Together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
The Subject Property is located within the Condominium.
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 7th day of November, 2011, 11:00 a.m. in the atrium on the First Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse , 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
