Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the Notice of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on the above-named persons on or about September 30, 2011, MHC Operating Limited Partnership and MHC Bay Indies, L.L.C., the owner of Bay Indies, will sell the following described property:
1977 NOBI mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers N30294A and N30294B and all the property contained therein (the “Property”).
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash (or cashier's check) at Bay Indies located at 950 Ridgewood Avenue, Venice, Florida 34285 at 10:30 a.m. on October 28, 2011, which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
The absolute minimum bid shall be the costs of storage, advertising, and sale, though the minimum may be adjusted by Bay Indies as appropriate.
All prospective purchasers of the Property must submit to background screening and be approved in advance by Bay Indies.
