NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-002855-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-HE3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and EUGENE MACKENSTON; SAMUEL REMY; WILDINE DORMEUS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EUGENE MACKENSTON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendants, The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00AM, on the 4th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 960, TWENTY SECOND ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 10, 10A THROUGH 10J, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
