NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Agreed Summary Final Judgment dated October 3, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-13746-SC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, where in the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash on NOVEMBER 7, 2011,beginning at 9:00 AM, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1572, VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, UNIT 26, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 30 & 30A, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
