Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above noted case, that The Clerk of the Court will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
PARCEL 3A:
Lot 4 and Lot 5, LESS and except the West 3.35 feet of Lot 4, Block B, GOLFVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 88, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS that part within the right of way of Fruitville Road as set forth in deed recorded in O.R. Book 1731, Page 1317, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

Lot 6, Block B, GOLFVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof recorded in Nat Book 1, Page 88, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS that part within the right of way of Fruitville Road as set forth in deed recorded in O.R. Lot Q-14, FOUNDERS CLUB, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 30, 30A through 30T, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on Thursday, November 17, 2011, at 9:00 am via internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. Final payment must be made at or before 4:00 p.m. on the date of the sale. IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
