NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 017003 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and ROGER BLAKEMORE, TIZIANO I AT VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., SANDRA BLAKEMORE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 8 day of November, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 61, VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER cLUB, PHASE 3G, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 46, 46A AND 46B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
