Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on October 10, 2011 in Case No.: 2009 CA 019616 NC in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Robert J. Servian, Mary Anne Servian, Renaissance I Association, Inc. are defendants, that on November 15, 2011, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in at the Clerk's website for on-line auctions www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Property Address: 750 N. Tamiami Trail, #807, Sarasota, Florida 34236
Unit No. 807, RENAISSANCE I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument #20061000167, on January 2, 2001, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 34, Pages 39 through 39HH, and amendment thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
