Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 10, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number 2008-CA-012590-NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-72 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-72 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT T. WRIGHT, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 11, BLOCK J, RIO VISTA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 187, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 14th day of November, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
