Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment as to Count IV entered in this cause on October 10, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, I will sale the real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit An undivided 1/51st interest in and to Condominium Unit 113 and its (their) undivided respective share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with an subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restrictions and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNTIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUMS SECTION II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1531, Pages 220 thru 300, amended in O. R. Book 1754, Pages 1782 thru 1783 recorded February 21, 1985, re-recorded in O.R. Book 1797, Pages 1249 thru 1250 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 12 and 12A thru 12D, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to occupy the aforesaid unit during Unit Week 34 of SUNIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUMS, SECTION II, a CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book , beginning at Page , of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on November 14, 2011, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
