NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 12, 2011 and entered in Case No. 58-2009-CA-003287 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-4 (Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and MONIKA M. SALIH; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A AMY GMEINDER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 9th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
