Coursen; Wachovia Bank, National Association f/k/a First Union National Bank; Unknown Parties In Possession #1; Unknown Parties In Possession #2, If Living, And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Above Named Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants, are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder via online Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on November 14, 2011, the following-described property set forth in Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 27, 2006:
Lot 3, Block E, POINSETTIA PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 143, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
