REES; ELIZABETH REES A/K/A ELIZABETH M. REES; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK, A NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
