NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 10, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018186-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005- BC5 is the Plaintiff and ARMANDO CRISTIANI; ANELLI CRISTIANI; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 15th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
