NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 26, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007915 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL LANG; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; TENANT #1 N/K/A KENNETH DORFMEYER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CARI DORFMEYER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 14th day of November 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
