Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida will on November 14, 2011 at 9:00 o'clock, a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto. Pursuant to the Final Decree of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is Regions Bank, as successor by merger to AmSouth Bank v. Harbor Land Holdings, LLC, et. al., case no. 2010-CA-011773-NC.
