NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 012889 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THI D. NGUYEN; XINH T. LUONG; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, TERRA DEL SOL, A SUVDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 31, 31A AND 31B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
