NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated October 10, 2011, and entered in Civil Action Number 10-CA-011204-NC in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CALUSA NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and PRINCETON STREET, LLC; ROBERT J. FLETCHER; TODD M. SWEET; DAVID A. EISENMANN and JOSEPH A. FARRIS are the Defendants.
I WILL SELL to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on November 14, 2011 at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 15 through 24, Block 8, MONTEREY SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 120A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
