NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 10, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-012246-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and ROBIN DUNCAN; ROBERT SPEER A/K/A ROBERT L. SPEER; TENANT #1 N/K/A FRANCEL PARKER, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ROSEMARY PARKER are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 17th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
