NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed October 10th 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 011159 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC F.S.B. is Plaintiff and APARECIDA MATILDA BASS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF APARECIDA MATILDA BASS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ONEWEST, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, FSB AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 15th day of November, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST ½ OF LOTS 25, 27 AND 29, BLOCK 2, FLORA-VILLA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
