UNIT 201, BUILDING 3, ISLAND PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT #2005126469, AS AMENDED; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 38, PAGE 2, AS AMENDED; ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 960 COOPER ST, VENICE, FL 34285; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales are held online at: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 8,2011 at 9:00 A.M..
