Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 17, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1329, PLANTATION PARK PRIVATE RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 8252, PAGE 2922, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGE 50 THROUGH 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 13003 PLANTATION PARK CIR 1329, ORLANDO, FL 32821; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on December 12, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
