Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on October 17, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, OF CAMBRIDGE VILLAGE (A REPLAT), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, AT PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 617 NEUMANN VILLAGE CT, OCOEE, FL 34761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on December 12, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
