NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-032526 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARIE M. CENATUS A/K/A MARIE MAGALIE CENATUS, CENATUS MARIE MAGALIE, RIVERSIDE NATIONAL BANK OF FLORIDA, JEAN YVIO ST JEAN A/K/A JEAN ST JEAN, JEAN JEAN YVIO, JEAN YVIO ST and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of December, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK C, ROBINSWOOD SECTION SIX, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK W, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
