NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 30, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 48-2010-CA-003254 of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is the Plaintiff and ELGA AVILES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELGA AVILES; THE VILLAS OF ORLANDO, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/29/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT NO. 119, BUILDING 12, OF THE VILLAS OF ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3119, PAGE 1752, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
