NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 18th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-032785 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERvICING, L.P. FkA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERvICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and SHIRLEY FENNESSY A/K/A SHIRLEY A. FENNESSY A/K/A SHIRLEY A. NICHOLS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A.; STONEBRIDGE VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHIRLEY FENNESSY A/K/A SHIRLEY A. FENNESSY A/K/A SHIRLEY A. NICHOLS; unknown tenant (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 29th day of November, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
