NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 17th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-09777, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and GAYLE MILLING; ROBERT L. MILLING; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A MATTHEW MILLING IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 1st day of December, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS POLICY IS SITUATED IN THE STATE OF FL, COUNTY OF ORANGE, CITY OF ORLANDO AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS;THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND THAT PART OF THE EAST PINE HILLS DRIVE VACATED PER OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 163, PAGE 201 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; FROM THE NORTHEASTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 4, RUN SOUTH 122.08 FEET ALONG THE WESTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ROSE AVENUE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY A DISTANCE OF 21.34 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 79 DEGREES 25 MINUTES WEST 59.66 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 10 DEGREES 35 MINUTES WEST 20.98 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 79 DEGREES 25 MINUTES EAST 63.58 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
