NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 17th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 001950 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein the bank of new york mellon fka the bank of new york, as trustee for the certificateholders cwalt, inc., alternative loan trust 2007-o a4 mortgage passthrough certificates, series 2007-OA 4ass-through certificates, series 2007-oa4 is the Plaintiff and einar sunde; ragnhild langraaten-sunde; the isles at cay commons condominium association, inc.; unknown tenant (s); in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 2nd day of December, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit 10310, phase 3, the isles at cay commons, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium, and all it attachments and amendments, as recorded in official records book 9071, page 984, of the public records of orange county, florida. together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances hereunto appertaining and specified in said declaration of condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
