NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 11th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-04262, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP. is the Plaintiff and BARBARA L. MORGAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ERROL ESTATE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; ERROL OAKS, UNIT TWO HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA L. MORGAN; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 15 day of November, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 29, ERROL OAKS UNIT 2 STAGE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
