NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 13th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-20000, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein wells fargo bank, na is the Plaintiff and bank of america, na; eram housing trust, inc., of orange county, florida, as trustee under the provisions of a trust agreement dated the 29th day of november, 2007, known as the “a&e land trust”; wimbledon park -- orlando no. i, inc.; alejandro morales; unknown spouse of alejandro morales n/k/a enid rivera; unknown tenant (s) n/k/a carmen echev arria; in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 17th day of November, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
unit number 3242-24 of wimbledon park no. 1, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 3118, page 1714, public records of orange county, florida, and all recorded and unrecorded amendments thereto. together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
