condomnium unit 2123, of the fountains at metro west, a condominium according to the declaration thereof, as recorded in official record book 8594, at page 3449, of the public records of orangte of county florida, together with all appurtenance thereto, and an undivided interest in the common elements of the said condominium.
and commonly known as: 6001 WESTGATE DR #2123, ORLANDO, FL 32835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on NOVEMBER 15, 2011 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
