NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 21, 2011, and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 14, 2011 entered in Case No. 09-12754-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and CAROLYN SHRIVER, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. And HOUSEHOLD FINANCE CORPORATION III are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on November 10, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 124, CLOVERPLACE, a Condominium, Phase II together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 5669, page 189, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 73, page(s) 98 through 100 and Condominium Plat Book 75, Pages 29 through 31, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
