NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit Number 11-B and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of CHATEAU BELLEAIR CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, and Exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in Official Records Book 3897, Page 64 through 111, inclusive, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 12, Pages 1 through 6, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2207 Belleair Road, #11-B, Clearwater, Florida, 33764.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 2, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
