NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated September 30, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-017087-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association as Trustee for WaMu Mortgage Pass Through Certificate for WMALT Series 2006-AR5, Plaintiff and Donna Carpenter are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M., on November 10, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 37, LA COSTA DEL BRAVA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 62, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3673, PAGE 869, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL AND NON EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT IN COMMON WITH BUT NOT LIMITED TO ALL OTHER OWNERS OF UNDIVIDED INTERESTS IN THE IMPROVEMENTS UPON THE LAND ABOVE DESCRIBED FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS AND USE OF ALL PUBLIC PASSAGEWAYS, AS WELL AS COMMON AREAS AND FACILITIES UPON THE LAND DESCRIBED.
