NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-015943 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-W4, Plaintiff and Sherman Saxton and Cora Saxton, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE SOUTH 24 FEET AND THE SOUTH 34 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 3, LUANNE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
