NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 18, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-001624-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Thomas James Gottschalk a/k/a Thomas J. Gottschalk are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 2, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 408, WEST BUILDING, CASA DEL MAR, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 19 THROUGH 35, AS AMENDED BY PLAT, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 29 AND 30, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN AMENDED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4517, PAGE 1883, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 1977-033315, AND AMENDMENT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4562, PAGE 1637, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 1977-096477, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT TO SAID CONDOMINIUM PARCEL. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL RIGHTS APPERTAINING THERETO.
