NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 4th day of October, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-05985, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and KATHRYN L. BISHOFF A/K/A KATHRYN LEAH BISHOFF; BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM NO.2 ASSOCIATION, INC; MARGUERITE M. SALINAS, TRUSTEE; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA,
DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNITED GUARANTY RESIDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH CAROLINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHRYN L. BISHOFF A/K/A KATHRYN LEAH BISHOFF; WILLIAM C. MULLINS; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 18th day of November, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT C, BUILDING 3, BARCLEY ESTATES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WIHT AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT, THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARTION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4905, PAGE 1485, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDEMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 60 AND 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
