NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 28th day of September, 2011, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018827, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and ANOUSKA G MORRITT; BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS-BAYSHORE, INCORPORATED; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 14th day of November, 2011, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 301, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF BELLEVIEW BILTMORE VILLAS- BAYSHORE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3886 PAGE 750 THROUGH 805, INCLUSIVE, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 4723, PAGE 171; O.R. BOOK 5124, PAGE 722 AND O.R. BOOK 8533, PAGE 887, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 93 THROUGH 98, INCLUSIVE. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
