Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 11-1270-CO-54, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: BUILDING 3280, APARTMENT A, WEST SHORE VILLAGE ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 1 TO 8 INCLUSIVE; AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4098, PAGE 1730; AND AMENDMENTS THERETO RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5018, PAGE 1784, OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7258, PAGE 1203 AND OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7879, PAGE 2057, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., on November 15, 2011. The sale shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
