Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 25, 2011, and Order Cancelling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 17, 2011, entered in Case No. 10-009765-CI-7 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK is the Plaintiff, and POLLY LEAVENGOOD, LLC and POLLY LEAVENGOOD, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on December 15, 2011, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
The South 120 feet of the East 100 feet of the West 200 feet of Tract A, EASTON PLAZA, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 74 to be known as Lot 6, EASTON PLAZA 2ND PARTIAL REPLAT, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 54, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 3507 30th Avenue North, St. Petersburg, FL 33713.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
