NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2211-CO-41 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein South Beach Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and LEON G. ROGERS, AS TRUSTEE, INDIVIDUALLY AND BENEFICIARY is Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of December, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 407 of SOUTH BEACH CONDO HOTEL, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 134, Page 20-24, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14497, Page 730-31 time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 11360 Gulf Blvd., #407 Madiera Beach, FL 33738
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
