Notice is given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2011, entered in Case No. 11-000464-CI of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, in which Superior Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and CLAY RUNNELS, JESSICA RUNNELS and WINDMILL POINTE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation, are the Defendants,I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 12th day of December, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described property set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2, BLOCK 7, WINDMILL POINTE OF TARPON LAKE- UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE(S) 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS
