NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-9946-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FOREST PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION II, INC., OF DUNEDIN is Plaintiff, and STACY BARNETT is Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 708, FOREST PARK II, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Condominium Plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 108, Page(s) 60 through 62, as thereafter amended, as further described in the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 7520, Page(s) 1061, as thereafter amended, of the public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
