NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-010244-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and MARK G. BUTLER, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on December 2, 2011 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. E-205, of THE FOUNTAINS AT COUNTRYSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 14128 at Page 301, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
