Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 10-6773-CO, Section “42”, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
Lot 115, Pointe Alexis South Phase II, according to the map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Pages 71 through 79, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described in that certain Notice of Commencement recorded in Official Records Book 11492, Page 2577 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 A.M., on December 2, 2011. The sale will be conducted on-line at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
