FOR THE BENEFIT OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP. is the Plaintiff and MARITZA V. PEREZ A/K/A MARTITZA V. PEREZ; EDUARDO J. PEREZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, A CORPORATION; LIGHTHOUSE POINTE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on November 21, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
